American Savings Bank | Kailua Branch
Kailua is a close-knit town with the charm of a serene beach community but has also been prospering in recent years into a vibrant point of attraction. American Savings Bank recognized their Kailua location as an opportunity to create a showcase branch that could embody the future of their brand as a welcoming, community-friendly bank that is also modern and fun. The design challenge was to renovate the dingy and inefficient 3,306 sf existing branch into this vision.
Through a complete interior remodel with some exterior improvements, the branch is now a bright, fresh, upbeat space, with improved spatial flow and modern, sustainable features throughout. The design has helped contribute to Kailua’s flourishing appeal and has become the new standard for ASB’s brand statewide.
