Honolulu Coffee | Experience Center
The Experience Center is Honolulu Coffee Company’s flagship store, functioning as both a workspace for roasting the company’s beans and an exhibit space to showcase the entire coffee-making process from bean to cup.
This adaptive reuse project transformed the over 30-year-old former Hard Rock Café into a modern immersive coffee experience. From the central Demonstration Area with its custom-built vintage roaster to the Cupping Lab inspired by a modern apothecary, the Experience Center breathes new life into a once neglected site with its ambitious design.
