Aerial Dance Studio & Renovation
Home can encompass every aspect of your life. Sleeping, eating, lounging, who said you’re limited to that? We recently helped a client design their dream aerial dance studio in their own back yard. As an avid practitioner of the sport, she decided to indulge and focus on her wellbeing by bringing home fitness to a whole new level. Intended primarily for aerial dance the studio was compactly designed for efficient usage of space.
The studio easily accommodates two people simultaneously on suspended silk cloths, from an intricate pulley system or even a trapeze. The mirrored studio is also used by the owner for yoga and ballet barre work. In a space nestled among the property’s existing shade trees, the studio is not even visible from the home’s master bedroom, though it is adjacent to it and connected by a covered lanai.
