A modest, circa-1960s home was transformed into a restful oasis complete with an expansive connected gathering space that offers comfortable entertaining year-round, thanks to a cozy fireplace.
The new design reoriented the residence to take full advantage of the panoramic city and ocean views that had been an afterthought with the original construction. Interior spaces were reimagined to open the house and create a comfortable great room for food preparation, dining, and gathering together.
